Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA Number
Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns processing center.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 7-10 business days.
